Recently I have been doing a lot more cooking and baking, mainly as a creative outlet and because it relaxes me. I like to know what’s in my food and feel good when I have prepared something that is delicious and healthy.
My aim for this blog is to highlight the quick, easy, healthy things that can be made on a week night quickly or during the weekend. I won’t pretend that I am a particularly good cook, and I expect in most of the recipes I’ll mention the bits that didn’t work out and how I intend to improve on them.
Oh and also I like unhealthy things as much as the next person, so I am undoubtedly going to have any number of recipes, to break any diet.
